Ottawa Foyers Partage is excited to announce that they have received a Seed Grant from Trillium. This grant has allowed them to open a Tech Reuse store in collaboration with Compucorps Mentoring. This store hires individuals with disabilities who face barriers to employment. Want to sell or buy tech? Check them out on Saturdays and Wednesdays from 10am-2pm!

Family Services Ottawa’s Walk-in Counselling Clinic provides free, same-day, and on-demand in-person, telephone, and virtual sessions on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you prefer to attend in person, please reach out to them at 613-725-3601 ext 0 to schedule an appointment in advance.

2025 Ontario Election Candidates Debate on Disability Issues
On February 19, 2025, a consortium of 11 major disability organizations including the AODA Alliance held an All Candidates Debate on disability issues in the 2025 Ontario election, moderated by Global News reporter Isaac Callan, held at the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Centre. This is the video from that event. All four major Ontario parties were invited to sent a representative. The Ontario Green Party, Liberal Party and New Democratic Party each sent a representative to speak for their party. The Ontario Conservative Party did not send a representative.
